Shipping policy

During Checkout you will see the total price and shipping, in Canadian or US dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian or US dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. NuYou Body will not be responsible for duties and custom fees. All duties and customs fees will need to be paid by customer.

Please reference estimated delivery date during checkout to determine when your order will arrive based upon your order time.

Business Days

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

United States Shipping

For delivery to the United States, we dispatch all orders with Canada Post. Once the order enters the United States, it will be given to USPS for shipment and delivery.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.

For your convenience, once you click the tracking number you will be able to see an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed, it is only a guidance. For any shipping inquires, please contact Canada Post for Canadian shipping or USPS for United States shipping.

Failure to accept delivery of your order though Canada post or USPS for United States shipping, will result in the order being returned to NuYou Body. If this happens, your order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus any additional shipping fees for item (s) returned to NuYou Body.

Note: Refund for item (s) will be on purchase price only minus 30% restocking fee and shipping charges.

In addition, if customer wants the item (s) they will need to pay the reshipping fee.
